Roamify Group respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.

Information we collect
- Enquiry and quotation journeys: your name, email address, phone number, company, enquiry type, preferred contact method, configuration choices, indicative total and anything you write in the message field.
- Viewing and reservation journeys: contact details, preferred dates, the unit you are interested in and reservation or deposit records.
- Land and site journeys: site location, tenure, intended use and any documents you choose to send us.
- Technical information: essential cookies and server logs needed to deliver and secure the site, plus analytics data only where you have consented.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- Responding to enquiries, preparing quotations and taking steps before entering a contract with you.
- Performing a contract for a build, reservation, sale or land transaction.
- Our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and this website.
- Your consent, for analytics cookies and for optional marketing messages. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations, including accounting, tax and building-regulation record keeping.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary: with our hosting, database, email and analytics providers acting as processors under written terms; with fabrication, delivery and installation partners where they need details to complete your project; with vetted planning or professional advisers where you ask us to make an introduction; and with our accountants, insurers or legal advisers where required. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security and retention
Access to enquiry, customer and inventory records is restricted to authenticated Roamify staff with an appropriate role, enforced by server-side checks and database access policies. Customer documents and private commercial details are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from our last contact, contract and transaction records for six years after the end of the relationship as required for tax and legal purposes, and consent records for as long as we rely on them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent or a contract and is automated, you may also ask for a portable copy. To exercise any right, email info@roamifygroup.com.
